From which age can children participate at ski and snowboard courses?
We recommend the ski course from 4 years, the snowboard course from 7 years.
Do I need to participate at the booked ski course days on consecutive days?
In general, yes. It makes sense to join the ski course on consecutive days, since the programme continues every day. If children/adults do not participate with the group for one day, this could mean that they fall behind the other participants and that they might need to change the group.
How early should I book a private ski instructor?
Valid here: In general the earlier, the better! During school holidays we recommend booking the instructor in advance by e-mail or via our website so we are able to cater for your needs. Short-notice bookings in our offices are of course possible too.
Is it necessary to book group courses in advance?
Group courses can be booked directly onsite in our office. It is also possible of course to book group courses in advance via our website and to pay by credit card in advance. Valid for group course bookings too: the earlier, the better!
How many participants are required for a group to be formed?
A minimum of 4 people are required for a group. If there are less than 4 people, the course time will be reduced.
Which language is spoken during group courses?
In general, group courses are held in German and in English. We also have instructors who speak Dutch, Russian and French. When assigning participants to a group, we always try to consider the language, but the main focus is on skiing and snowboarding, not on the language.
