Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our ski school, ski rental, paragliding and other services. Where does group assignment for group courses take place?

Daily at 8.45 am directly at the ski school GaPa.

When do i have to pay for the course?

On our website with credit card, debit card or directly at ski school office.

Is it possible to rent the equipment from you?

Yes. Directly in our ski school GaPa we have a ski and snowboard rental.

Is the ski pass included in the course fee?

No. Ski passes are not included in the course fee. The Kinderland ticket can be purchased in the ski school office. Ski passes for several days and family tickets are available at the Zugspitzbahn cable cars or at www.zugspitze.de.

Do beginners need a ski pass?

Beginners need the „Kinderland“ pass, which gives access tot he beginner´s area for the entire day.

Do courses take place on Saturdays and Sundays too?

Our courses take place daily, also on weekends.

From which age can children participate at ski and snowboard courses?

We recommend the ski course from 4 years, the snowboard course from 7 years.

Do i need to participate at the booked ski course days on consecutive days?

Basically yes, as the learning program builds on each other. An interruption could lead to participants not being able to keep up and having to change groups.

How early should I book a private ski instruktor?

The earlier the better, especially during the vacations. We recommend booking directly at the Ski school office or online on our website.

Is it necessary to book group courses in advance?

You can book the group courses on site or in advance via our website. Early booking is recommended.

How many participants are required for a group to be formed?

Group courses take place for one person or more.

What language is spoken in the group courses?

Group lessons are usually held in German and English. We also have instructors who speak Dutch, Russian or French. However, care is taken to ensure that the focus is on skiing or snowboarding.
